    The Calming Down collection offers music and a booklet with therapist-recommended tips.  We address combating insomnia, improving relaxation, reflection and journaling, strengthening coping skills, building patience, and living with ADHD.  Each of the six booklets contain effective strategies often used in therapy.


    The music on each CD has been carefully selected, primarily from the Baroque Era, and is intended to create an atmosphere for reaching your specific goals.  Each CD contains four 15-minute segments of keyboard music, recorded life, specifically for The Mood Bank.
